This map can be used while working on requirement 2a: "On a map of your community, locate and point out the following: 1. Chief government buildings such as your city hall, county courthouse, and public works/services facilities. 2. Fire station, police station, and hospital nearest your home. 3. Parks, playgrounds, recreation areas, and trails. 4. Historical or other interesting points of interest."
Make sure you locate all of these items on the map before meeting with your counselor to discuss.

Additionally, the map can display Eagle Scout projects within our area.

How to use:

Use this map like you would use Google Maps, zoom in and out, pan, and click on items to learn about them. A layer control widget is located in the upper-right corner of the map. You can toggle the basemap between dark gray, a street map, and aerial imagery. You can also select which layers will be displayed on the map.
